After we have agreed on the itinerary and you want to confirm your booking, we will send you an invoice for a 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the program). The deposits are partly non-refundable as we pay most of our partners and guides in advance to ensure the best quality and availability. The balance payment is due one month before your arrival. For payments, we accept wire transfer and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Visa, Amex, Mastercard). If you are booking less than 4 weeks before your arrival, a full payment is required at the time of booking.  After we receive the deposit, we will issue an official booking confirmation. After we receive a balance payment, we will send you an INFO sheet (final traveling document) in the form of a pdf document. The INFO sheet provides your itinerary with specified times of departures, contacts, and other necessary information. Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Major changes after the final program has been confirmed will incur a 250 € surcharge.


Cancellation Policy
Day tours: in case of last minute cancellations (48 hours before specified tour start time) of day tours, the credit card deposit will be charged in full amount.
Custom multi-day itineraries: cancellations over 60 days before the trip starts are subject to an administrative cost charge of 150EUR. Itineraries cancelled within 30 days of the trip start will be charged in the full amount.
We do try to remain considerate, so if you, for any reason wish or need to cancel your journey, please let us know as soon as possible. We pay all our suppliers in advance to ensure top quality service, but will work to refund you the most possible.

Travel Insurance — Protect yourself and your investment against the unexpected!
We strongly recommend purchasing affordable, comprehensive travel insurance protection once your trip is booked. The summary of benefits to name a few include, trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical, lost/delayed baggage, and emergency evacuation. Details on this plan will be provided upon receipt of deposit or upon request.

Credit Card payments
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.

More Mandić d.o.o. will protect your privacy and only request personally identifiable information of clients/users/travellers necessary to fulfill travel arrangements. User date is highly confidential and will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. All employees and partners are obligated to respect the privacy policy.
