Chef Rudi will first take you shopping for fresh produce in the traditional Šibenik open market, a vibrant centre of everyday living in Dalmatia. Walk back to the Renaissance palace of the famed Pelegrini restaurant to roll up your sleeves, watch, learn and cook! Your culinary adventure will definitely start with making your own bread, but the rest depends on Chef’s inspiration, your preferences and fresh treasures found in the market. Mussels with leeks, smoked bacon and cider, sea-bass fillet with honey roasted Dalmatian truffles and goat cheese sauce, or - something else. Menu at Pelegrini's can be as complex as you wish, as Rudi worked with some of the world's greatest chefs.
Pelegrini is also famed for their wine cellar selection, so rest assured that whatever you prepare will be accompanied by some fine local wines selected by Rudi as the best match for your dish. Bon appetite!
